Here are answers about the format, preparation, online boundaries, data and the next platform stages.

What is a Lulabu Expert online consultation?

It is consultative support for parents with questions about development for children aged 0–24 months. We discuss observations, age-related skills, consultation preparation, safe home activity and situations where an in-person specialist is needed. It is not online treatment or diagnosis.

What age is this for?

The project focuses on children from birth to 24 months. A question may relate to general development, movement, tummy time, symmetry, play, consultation preparation or choosing the next step.

Can I send documents or videos through the website?

In Stage 1 the public website does not accept documents, videos, test results or detailed health data. A secure platform is planned for that later. The request form accepts only a general question.

How should I prepare for the first consultation?

Write down your child’s age, the main question, what worries you, what you have already tried and which in-person specialists you have seen. Do not send a detailed medical history through the public form.

Will there be a written summary?

The consultation format includes a clear summary: what was discussed, what to observe next, which home actions are safe and when in-person care may be needed. The exact summary format is confirmed before the consultation.

When is an in-person doctor needed?

Acute symptoms, trauma, seizures, breathing problems, sudden worsening or marked lethargy require in-person or emergency care. An online request form is not suitable for those situations.

Can I get a diagnosis online?

No. The online format is not intended to diagnose, prescribe treatment or cancel recommendations from other specialists. If needed, I can suggest which doctor to see in person.

How are the formats different?

First consultation is a one-time review. Monitoring is a limited format for a calm regular reference point. Full support is more personalized. Package content and pricing must be confirmed before payment.

How is personal data processed?

In Stage 1 the form collects only minimal request data: name, contact, country, child age and a short message. Documents, videos and detailed health data are not accepted through the public site.

Which languages are available?

The CMS is prepared for RU, BE, UK, PL and EN. A locale appears publicly only when core pages and legal pages are ready. Until then it should not appear in the menu or sitemap.

Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?

Reschedule, cancellation and refund rules should be described in a separate policy and confirmed before payment. In Stage 1 the website collects requests and does not process real payment.

Will there be a parent account and chat?

Yes, this is planned for later MVP stages. Stage 1 has no parent account, chat, file upload or payment. Only public information and the short request form are available now.

Didn’t find your question? Leave a short request without documents or detailed health data.
